The Ipswich dining scene has raised its game with the presence of international experienced English chef, Guy Farrow - who was trained by Masterchef, Murdo McSween. Before arriving in Australia, Chef Guy worked in roles as Sous Chef at the famous five-star Savoy Hotel in London which has accommodated and dined hundreds of celebrity actors, rock stars, politicians and royalty. This Christmas, Guy brings his diverse experience in fine dining and event catering with a fabulous 8 course Degustation Christmas Day lunch, using locally sourced produce from Ipswich to the Lockyer Valley. |

The general manager of both Metro Hotel Tower Mill and Metro Hotel Ipswich International is Earl Muir, who has been offering great service and accommodation to guests for nearly two years. His favourite attraction is the original convict built Old Windmill Tower, which is Queensland’s oldest extant convict building, located in Wickham Park in Spring Hill, Brisbane. It is also a landmark that featured regularly in the city's historic panoramas.
